THE TERRACE, CANTERBURY (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER JULY 2022
To allow gas mains replacement works to be carried out Kent County Council has made an Order prohibiting through traffic on part of The Terrace, Canterbury, on or after 25th July 2022 for up to 38 days or until the works have been completed.
The road will be closed between number 3 and the
junction of Tenterden Drive, to the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.
The alternative route for any through traffic is via Tenterden Drive, Downs Road, St Stephens Hill, Manwood Avenue and vice versa.
TONFORD LANE, THANINGTON WITHOUT (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING & SUSPEND ONE-WAY) TEMPORARY ORDER JULY 2022
To allow gas main replacement works to be carried out Kent County Council has made an Order prohibiting through traffic on part of Tonford Lane, Thanington Without, on or after 25th July 2022 for up to 19 days or until the works have been completed. The one-way order will be suspended to allow access.
The road will be closed at its junction with the A28
Ashford Road, to the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.
The alternative route is via Tonford Lane, Grays Way, and A28 Ashford Road.
DARTFORD AREA A206 BOB DUNN WAY, MARSH STREET & BINNIE ROAD, DARTFORD (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2022 The Midnight Man Triathlon
Kent County Council intends to make an Order for the safety of the public whilst an event is being held on the highway to temporarily prohibit the use of Vehicles on:A206 Bob Dunn Way – prohibition of eastbound traffic between the hours of 16:30hrs to 04:30hrs.
The alternative route is via A2026 Burnham Road/ Victoria Road/Hythe Street, A226 Westgate Road/Home Gardens/East Hill/The Brent/London Road, A206 St
Clements Way/Crossways Boulevard.
Marsh Street North – at the entrance to the estate between the hours of 16:30hrs to 04:30hrs. The alternative route is via Rennie Drive.
Binnie Road – at the roundabout with Marsh Street North between the hours of 16:30hrs to 04:30hrs. The alternative route is via Brunel Way.
The Order will become effective on 13th August 2022. The restrictions/prohibitions specified in this notice will apply only during such times and to such extent as indicated by traffic signs in operation.
Nothing in the Order will apply to:
• Any Vehicle being used for Ambulance purposes,
Coastguard/RNLI, Fire Brigade or Police services. • Anything done by a Statutory Undertaker vehicle
in connection with an emergency repair.
• Anything done with the permission or at the direction of Event Organisers or a Police Constable in Uniform.

Because of Thames Water works, Kent County Council
has made an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on part of Devon Road, Sutton At Hone, on or after 28th July 2022 for up to 1 day or until the works have been completed.
Devon Road will be closed and parking prohibited between numbers 63 and 65.

Because of improvement works, Kent County Council intends to make an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on Fastrack Ingress Link, Greenhithe, on or after 12th August 2022 for up to 3 nights between 21.00hrs and 05.00hrs or until the works have been completed.

The one-way order on Effingham Crescent and Effingham Street will be suspended to allow access. Because of utility asset works, Kent County Council has made an Order prohibiting through traffic on part of Capel Street, Capel-Le-Ferne, on or after 25th July 2022 for up to 12 week days, between 08:00 hours 18:00 hours or until the works have been completed.

Crossing, Kent County Council has made an Order prohibiting through traffic on part of Coldblow, Ripple, on or after 27th July 2022 for up to 2 nights, between 23:00 hours and 05:00 hours or until the works have been completed.

Because of tamping works, Kent County Council intends to make an Order prohibiting through traffic on part of Coldblow, Ripple, on or after 10th August 2022 for up to 1 night, between 23:45 hours and 05:00 hours or until the works have been completed.

DOVER ROAD, GUSTON. (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2022
Because of site construction works as part of the Dover Fastrack Project, Kent County Council has made an Order prohibiting through traffic on part of Dover Road, Guston, in 2 phases as detailed below;
Phase 1 - The road will be closed from 25th July 2022, with estimated completion by 22nd August 2022, or until the works have been completed.
Phase 2 - The road will be closed from 7th September 2022, with estimated completion by 28th September 2022, or until the works have been completed.
Dover Road will be closed between The Street and A258 Castle Hill Road, as per the following 2 phases;
Phase 1 - between The Street and Burgoyne Heights. Phase 2 - between Burgoyne Heights and A258 Castle Hill Road.
The alternative route for any through traffic is via The Lane, A258 Deal Road/Castle Hill Road and vice versa.
GOLF ROAD & WESTERN ROAD, DEAL. (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2022
Because of utility repairs and maintenance works, Kent County Council has made an Order prohibiting through traffic on part of Golf Road and Western Road, Deal, on or after 25th July 2022 for up to 40 days or until the works have been completed.
The roads will be closed between Cannon Street and West Street, to the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.
The alternative route from 25th July 2022 until 09:00 hours on 30th July 2022 is via West Street, Stanhope Road, High Street, College Road and Cannon Street.
The alternative route from 09:00 hours on 30th July 2022 is via West Street, Queen Street, Broad Street, Beach Street, The Marina, Godwyn Road, Golf Road and

Because of new service connection works, Kent County Council intends to make an Order prohibiting through traffic on part of Lower Goldstone, Ash, on or after 8th August 2022 for up to 5 days or until the works have been completed.
The road will be closed in the vicinity of Swiss Cottages, to the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site. There will be no alternative route, but access will be maintained when it is safe to do so.
