Matthew Field led home 150 runners at the Mote Park parkrun last Saturday. He finished in 18min50sec as Mark Penny’s PB 20.21 saw him take second with Joseph Watts third in 20.29.

Daisy Street won in her first appearance at Mote Park with 23.47. Becky Pavey claimed second spot in 24.20 followed by Anne Crawford (24.34). Tom Street (JM10), also running at Mote Park for the first time, had the highest age grading of 76.13%, coming fifth with 20.44.

At Maidstone, 319 runners were led by Ryan Llewellyn who ran a PB 18.09, with Joseph Green next in 18.12. Alfred Moisan (JM 11-14) gained a PB 18.31 in third.

The first lady finisher was Charlotte Johnston in 19.32, Charlotte Bates came second (20.18) and Gillian Maisey’s personal-best time of 22.45 saw her finish as third lady. David Moorkite (VM 80-84) had the best age grading of 86.02% as he clocked 25.45. There were 222 runners at Malling. Shane Deville’s PB 19.10 earned first, followed by first-timers Sean Mace in 19.25 and Matt Patey (19.56). Claire Lowe (VW 50-54) was the first lady in 22.49 and she was also the highest place age grading of 74.36%.

Second went to Anna Cleary with a personal-best time of 23.08 and Lucy Wilkes was the third lady home in 24.44.

Eleven Mote Runners entered the Lake Garda HalfMarath­on. Hanka EichlerGre­gory was their first runner with a PB 1hr48min13­sec. Aleyda Mallyon completed her first attempt at the distance, finishing in 2:27.02.

Suzanne Warburton, Monika Jolliffe, Jean Van Lewis, Sarah Smith, Nigel Groves, Dominic Walsh, Alan Probert, John Constable and Mark Lewis also took part.
