Tonbridge Juddians ended their National League 2 East season on a high with a 27-26 win at Rochford Hundred.
The hosts needed a victory and results to go their way to have any chance of avoiding relegation but trailed when Tom White, in his 400th National League appearance, went over and converted his score.
Judds added a second try through Duncan Tout, and although Rochford hit back with a converted score TJs got their third try early in the second half, Matt Walsh charging down a clearance. White added the extras before further scores from Tom Kendrick and a White penalty, although Rochford reduced the deficit with late tries.
Juddians end the season eighth in the table.
