Tributes paid to ‘funniest kid you’d ever know’
Amazing, caring and the “funniest kid you’d know” – the loss of 30-year-old Frazer Allan prompted a flood of tributes for a unique soul who will be sorely missed. Floral tributes have also been left at Tunbridge Wells railway station, near where Frazer was found after police and paramedics were called to Vale Road at around 5.15am last Thursday.
Following news of his death, friends and family took to social media to express how much Frazer would be missed, while a GoFundMe page has been set up to help his family cover funeral costs.
“Words aren’t quite enough to express my love for you Frazer Allan,” said sister Paige.
“I am so lucky to have you as my big brother. Always putting a smile on my face.
“My darling big brother. I would do anything to have you back….”
Among those paying tribute was Anna-Marie Salter, who said Frazer would have turned 31 later this month.
“Frasey A,” she wrote. “The funniest kid you’d know, but yet so soft inside and caring. A close friend of mine since a very young age.
“Grown up together, laughed together, cried together, raved together, ate the largest of pizzas and your favourite Havet together, the third wheel of yours and CJ’s relationship. Literally the best boy mate I had growing up.”
Anna-Marie said Frazer’s friends always knew they were in for a good time when Frazer was in their company.
“You were always so happy, I’ll never forget the memories
we all made. I wish I could have taken the pain away from you, and knew what was going on in your head.
“Devastated isn’t the word. Rest easy Fraze, you’re so so missed already.”
A skilled raconteur, social media posts show Frazer entertaining friends with funny stories and voices, and others also remembered him as “by far the funniest man I’ve ever met in my life”.
“A legend is gone but never
forgotten!” they added. “There was never a dull day when you was around and you just brought so much happiness to everyone’s lives.”
The GoFundMe page was set up by Lucy Rust who also recalled Frazer as “the life and soul of the party”.
The page added: “He made everyone smile and laugh every single day.
“Let’s give Frazer the most beautiful and special send-off that he deserves!”
