RICK ROCKING THE KEYBOARD FOR A FOURTH DECADE

He’s had a colourful life both on and off stage.

Now 69-year-old keyboard supremo Rick Wakeman, left, leads a less wild lifestyle - but his playing can still take you back to the days when things were less sedate. Famous for playing with progressive rock band Yes throughout the 70s and through to the 90s, Rick comes to Kent next week, fresh from his Piano Portraits tour last year and his album of the same name. This new show is based on the followup release, Piano Odyssey, which was released in September. He’ll be at the Assembly Hall Theatre in Tunbridge Wells on Thursday, November 15. Expect plenty of piano arrangements, interspersed with his renowned comedy interludes.
