CHARITY HOSTS BONFIRE NIGHT

Bonfire Night may be over, but there’s one last spark left to fly this week.

The Kenward Trust charity in Yalding, near Maidstone, is hosting its fireworks fun on Thursday, November 8, with gates open at 4.30pm and the fireworks from 7.30pm.

There will also be children’s fairground rides and entry is £8, £5 for under 12s and £20 for two adults and two children.

The charity provides specialist care and support to around 200 men and women affected by alcohol and drug dependence, helping them transform their lives.
