MORE CHRISTMAS LIGHTS ACROSS THE COUNTY

Christmas lights will be switched on in

Queenborough on Sunday, December 2, with the fun starting at 4pm at King George’s Playing Field in Castlemere Avenue and at the Rushenden Club. The event will finish with fireworks on the water’s edge.

In Westgate-on-sea, Santa and a funfair will be on offer for the Christmas switch- on on Sunday, December 2, plus live entertainment and festive stalls along Station Road, between 10am and 7pm. The switch-on will be at 4.30pm.

In Cliftonville the Christmas lights switch-on will be at St Paul’s Church on Northdown Road on Thursday, December 6. There’s children’s entertainment and a free mince pie from 4.45pm to 6.30pm.
