Their newest offering is brunch with an Italian twist and bottomless prosecco. The brunch, rustled up by head chef Fabio Moschini, can be enjoyed in the Orangery courtyard dining room under a glass roof. Diners can choose from a selection of brunch dishes including the Amano Breakfast Focaccia, Italian sausage, pancetta, sauteed spinach, tomato, mushrooms and eggs, Granola pannacotta, fresh berries and homemade granola and as selection of Focaccia including Fiorentina with poached eggs, spinach & San Marzano hollandaise sauce, Benedette with poached eggs, ham & San Marzano hollandaise sauce. Brunch dishes will be complimented by unlimited prosecco during the hour and a half sitting.
