Saga gifts free entry for a day at The Spitfire Ground, St Lawrence

-

Fifty not out may not sound like a matchwinning score but if you are aged 50 or over, you’ll be on to a winner with free entry to day one of Kent Cricket Club’s LV County Championship match against Glamorgan, courtesy of Saga Holidays. As part of a new partnership between Saga Holidays and Kent Cricket Club, all over 50s can enjoy six hours of cricket on Wednesday, June 12, at the Spitfire Ground, St Lawrence, without paying the usual £12 ticket price. To access the complimentary tickets, visit www. kentcricket.co.uk and follow the prompts to the Glamorgan Championship match. Enter the promotional code into the box – Saga – and the ticket price for day one will become zero. If you have friends, family or colleagues born during, or before, 1963, you can invite them to download their ticket, too. If you can not download tickets before the match, you will need to fill in a form at the gate to obtain free entry. Proof of age will be requested. Alan Griffiths, marketing director of Saga Holidays, said: “We know that cricket is popular with our customers and thought that a day at St Lawrence, courtesy of Saga Holidays, was a lovely promotion.” Kent chief executive Jamie Clifford said: “Saga is one of Kent’s most successful businesses, working with an age group that is very important to the club. “We are delighted to have the partnership in place and look forward to working with Saga Holidays.”
