Robbie Burns and Darren Brown scored two goals each as Kennington beat Kingsnorth Pilgrims 6-3 in the first round.

Joe Edwards and Jake Prescott added one each, with Jimmy Jones and Russell Marsh netting for Pilgrims.

Steve Ward and Steve Harris netted twice inside the last 15 minutes to confirm Market Hotel’s quarter-final spot with a 4-1 second round win over Aldington.

Matt Collins and Jordan Tomsett had given Hotel a 2-0 lead by the hour, before Lee Miles pulled one back for Aldington with his first goal of the season.

Ashford Cavailiers’ top scorer Matt Moon and Lee Hughes also hit two each as the Division 3 leaders moved into the last eight with a 4-2 win over Prince Albert. An own-goal by Craig Lewis and a Ben Rogers effort made up Albert’s reply.

Dave Bowles, Ewan Stanley and Richard Hills earned Mersham Sports a 3-1 win over Division 1 side Ashford Dynamo. Charlie Jupp was Dynamo’s scorer.

Luke Burdon scored twice against his old club to help Division 2 leaders Willesboro­ugh put out First Division Stanhope Rangers 3-2.

Kris Leigh added the other Willesboro­ugh goal, while Dan Cornell scored both for Rangers. bottom side Iden Park.

Pat Law, Luke Walder, Liam Whiting and Danny Taylor added one each, with Sam Ricketts getting Iden’s consolatio­n.

Hamstreet progressed courtesy of a penalty shoot-out win over Division 1 side Albion. The teams had finished level at 3-3 after 120 minutes.

Two goals by Tom Wilmshurst against his former club and a Matt Coglan goal had set up a possible shock win over Albion, before Hamstreet bounced back with strikes by Phil Bass, Aaron McGuinness and Adam Mercer to send the tie into extra time.
