Fun way for children to get active

Children are invited to take part in a string of free events at the Ashford Designer Outlet designed to promote getting active.

From tomorrow (Friday) until Sunday, the centre in Kimberley Way will feature a pop-up Flex Trial Zone in the car park opposite the Nike Factory store.

It will be managed by professional sporting coaches offering a range of fitness activities.

On Saturday between 1-3pm and 3-5pm, The Nike Sports Day will take place, consisting of a series of three 20 minute classes for kids including running and street dance.

Skills will be measured and recorded and all participants will receive a diploma.

The event is free, open to children aged eight to 14 and all registered participants will receive a Nike goody bag which includes a water bottle, phone cover and T-shirt.
