Zebra snap could get national award

This stunning picture of two zebras at Port Lympne Reserve, near Hythe, has been entered for a national award.

The image is by Ashford photographer Megan Lee and has been shortlisted in the National Geographic Traveller Photographic Competition 2016.

It was picked out of thousands of other high-quality entries in the magazine’s contest.

This weekend, Ms Lee will be at the Telegraph Outdoor Adventure and Travel show at the ExCel exhibition centre near Canary Wharf, London where the winners will be announced.

Her image will be published in the photography supplement distributed with the National Geographic April issue.
