Lauren Russell: It doesn’t need to move, we need some more new shops, Primark, Lush, Tiger, Topman the list goes on, there really isn’t much in Ashford anymore due to rents being so high. Clinton’s is also closing with everything 50% off at the moment so that will be another empty shop.

Tammiie Yates: Don’t get the point in moving to be honest! Why not just make the one in County Square bigger by using the upstairs too? Got far too many empty shops! All we have now is poundshops, charity shops and mobile phone shops!

Helen Hamilton: Ashford is becoming a ghost town. With all the new housing going on, the increase of the population, we need better stores.
