Historic cottage goes up for sale

-

A picturesque two-bedroom cottage - believed to be the oldest property in Kingsnorth - has gone up for sale.

Mouse Hall, which is next to St Michaels Parish Church, is on the market for more than £300,000.

The Grade II-listed cottage is one of the oldest in the village, dating back to the 1400s.

Its name derives from a previous occupant, who referred to the building as a ‘mouse hall’ because of the size of the building and its features.

Estate agent Hobbs Parker is asking for offers over £300,000.

The detached property features two bedrooms, one bathrooms and one reception room.
