ASHFORD & DISTRICT SATURDAY LEAGUE ROUND-UP

In the only Premier Division match to be played, Charing notched their second win of the season by defeating Lenham Wanderers Reserves 4-0. The goals came from Elliot King, Adam Luke, Warwick Drawbridge and Matt Beasley. A double from Connor West saw Folkestone Town to a 2-0 victory over South Willesborough, which moved the leaders three points clear at the top of League Cup Group A. In Group B, two games produced a total of 14 goals. Strikes from Jack Bundock, Ollie Sergeant (2) and Ant Bodle gave Woodchurch at 4-2 win against Lydd & Marsh. Ty Monty and Charley Lock were on target for the visitors. Woodchurch Reserves were 6-2 winners against Biddenden. There were doubles from Seb Collingwood and Declan Bryant, with a Julian Collett effort and an own goal making up the Woodchurch tally. Ashley Craig scored both Biddenden goals.
