The Grade II-listed house near Ashford, which dates back to the early 19th century, comes complete with its four sails.
The property in Charing is on the market for offers in the region of £945,000 and is marketed by Andrew & Co, Ashford via OnTheMarket.
Jo Rogers and her family moved into the windmill - which was already converted into a home - when her parents purchased it and the surrounding buildings on the estate in 2002.
She said: “It’s unique because it still has the sails intact and it is referred to as a smock windmill because it’s in the shape of a dress.”
Inside, the property has three bedrooms with the option of using one as a study in the upper floor of the windmill.
There is a large reception room in the main windmill, with further bedrooms above. There is also access to a roof terrace, offering the breath-taking views of the surrounding area.

Mrs Rogers added: “The views are magnificent, especially from the top. You can even see to Dungeness.
“We will be sad to see it go because not everyone can say they own a windmill. We want to see our treasured family home go to someone who will appreciate it and love it like we do.”
