Our country is not a charity

-

I do believe our country is going ‘bonkers’. We have celebrities and politicians falling over themselves to stop murderers, rapists and their like being sent back from whence they came, by the use of the shambolic and disgraceful European Court of Human Rights.

Over 8,500 refugees have come to our shores over this year claiming asylum even though they have been through probably half a dozen ‘safe’ countries or more before us. Politicians and celebrities continue to talk about ‘their’ human rights but at the same time forgetting the right of the indigenous population. At 77 years of age, I am disgusted at the way our country is being seen as a charity shop for all those who abuse our welfare system and our laws for their own gain.
