Brighter times ahead

I think I speak for most anglers in saying that the odd spot of ‘dangling’ has helped to keep us sane in these unprecedented times. With a bit of luck, and the rolling out of the vaccine, next year should see us return to some sort of normal. But until then please keep safe and remember the guidelines, and we can all meet on the beach next year! Some better whiting have been caught of late and, if like the specimen in the picture, they can make super fish cakes to challenge any from the shops. A few herbs and a spot of potato, and you have a very tasty treat for a winter’s tea time!
