New homes

Fifteen homes will be built in a village if new plans are approved.

The proposal centres on a four-acre plot of land in New Road, Egerton.

Jarvis Homes is behind the plan, which would include a mix of homes ranging in size from two to five bedrooms.

Bosses say a maximum height of two storeys will be kept, so as not to damage views of the nearby St James’ Church.
