Cafe to open opposite brewery

-

A new bistro is to open opposite Ashford’s Curious Brewery at the end of the month.

Cafe Grace is filling a unit in Victoria Road, offering a wide variety of food and hot drinks.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be available, comprising a wide selection of cakes, omelettes, jacket potatoes and paninis.

Hot meals will also be on offer throughout the day at the new venture, which will have capacity for 50 indoor diners and up to 30 outdoors.

Owners Danielle and Dan Bullard named Cafe Grace after their daughter, and hope to open it for takeaways for the week beginning Monday, February 22 – even if the lockdown is still on.

Mrs Bullard, 30, said: “We feel we’re in a great location, as we have new flats, a hotel and the ‘Ashford Shard’ being built right next door, as well as people going to Ashford International.”
