Port Lympne gets winter makeover

-

Adorable photos show the picturesque grounds of Port Lympne covered in snow following four days of flurries.

The park was left covered under a blanket of fluffy snow during last week’s cold snap.

Keepers at the reserve, run by the Aspinall Foundation, created snowmen and added them to some of the enclosures.

Next year, Port Lympne’s much-anticipated Giraffe Hall will open, but there is already a very lengthy waiting list.

It comes after park bosses were given permission to turn a rundown 15th century building into a hotel where guests can mingle with giraffes.
