Reflect-ing its approach

Maidstone-based search agency Reflect Digital has marked its 10th birthday by launching a new brand identity and website.

The firm, which became part of the LAB Group in 2019, says the move comes after it saw its revenues up 30% on last year, despite the challenges posed by the pandemic.

CEO, Becky Simms, said: “We wanted an evolution of the brand, that was clearly identifiab­le as Reflect Digital, but was a fresh approach to telling our story. We have also re-focused our services to really reflect who we are - we are a search agency supercharg­ed by human behaviour insights, creativity and tech.

“This has been a labour of love across the team over the last nine months in defining the Reflect Digital for the future.”

The firm is still used by its very first client who signed up in 2011.
