See golf’s legends in the making at the 118th Amateur Championship as 288 world ranked players from 30 countries tee it up at Royal Cinque Ports and Prince’s. Exclusive to KM Group readers, two great prizes from the Kent clubs hosting the 118th Amateur Championship, Royal Cinque Ports and Prince’s. Many of golf’s finest players broke through the ranks at The Amateur Championship. Future Major Champions and Ryder Cup team members including Jack Nicklaus, Jose Maria Olazabal, Colin Montgomerie, Nick Faldo, Darren Clarke, Padraig Harrington, Henrik Stenson, Louis Oosthuizen and reigning Open Champion, Ernie Els have featured in the amateur game’s greatest showpiece. Stroke play qualifying gets underway at Royal Cinque Ports and Prince’s on Monday 17 June with the final match play stages, Wednesday through Saturday, 19 - 22 June 2013 at Royal Cinque Ports.
