IGHTHAM MOTE, near Sevenoaks, is holding a day of family activities to celebrate Father’s Day. Dads can enjoy fishing in the mote, beer tasting and games on the lawn. The venue near Tonbridge has organised activities to celebrate Father’s Day including the chance for families to work together to build a camp in the castle’s woods. After their hard work, dads can also enjoy a pint of Chiddingst­one’s local Larkins ale. The castle is open from 11am until 5pm, with last entry at 4.15pm.
