Swing band

The Railway Swing Band gives a charity concert in Canterbury Cathedral gardens on Wednesday, June 19. The Deal band consists of professionals and amateurs, ranging in age from 13 to 87, many of them ex-Royal Marines. The garden opens at 6.30pm for picnics and the show starts at 7.30pm on Wednesday, June 19. Tickets are £10 from the cathedral Shop in Burgate, or by calling 01227 865300.
