The top seeds had things pretty much their own way on day six last year, with the likes of Juan Mar tin del Potro, Serena Williams, Andy Murray and Petra Kvitova all progressing to the four th round. Despite a relatively wet beginning to the tournament, the schedule was back on track by this point in 2012, with all of the third-round singles matches completed.
