A GOOD DEAL OF FOOD
The food and drink festival is back in Deal this weekend after a successful inaugural event last year.
Held at Deal Castle seafront from Friday, September 8 to Sunday, September 10, the three-day event promises to be fun for foodies and all those who just like food. It will feature a range of local, regional, national and international food and drink and aims to cater for the whole family, with a craft beer bar and live music stage.
The backdrop of Deal Castle promises to make it a memorable experience. The community-focussed event is free to enter and also has entertainment for children and pop-up kitchens providing hot foods.

Next up for food fans this autumn, will be the return of the Tunbridge Wells Food and Drink Festival. The event will be held in Calverley Gardens in Tunbridge Wells on Saturday, September 22 and Sunday, September 23. Marking the end of Tunbridge Wells Food Month, it features cookery demos, children’s activities and local beer and cider on top of an array of locallysourced food offered up more than 70 stalls. Kids will also be able to enjoy hands-on activities with the Kent Young Chefs area and the The Alive with Flavour Area.
The event also raises funds for local charities.
Deal will host its second Food & Drink Festival this weekend
