Big names are coming to Dreamland’s Hall By the Sea, starting this weekend
Chase and Status are set to play a sell-out DJ set at Dreamland. They will be at the Hall By The Sea at the Margate attraction on Friday, November 2.
The dance music act burst onto the music scene with their debut album More Than A Lot back in 2008. This was followed by No More Idols, which has now surpassed double platinum status.
Tom Ranger, music programmer at Dreamland, said: “Chase and Status are a drum and bass powerhouse and we are excited to see what they have in store for Margate.”
Support will come from drum and bass DJ, Turno.
Chase & Status will be followed by Sigma, who plays the Hall by the Sea on Saturday, December 8.
The DJ and production duo who have now sold more than five million singles with 10 consecutive UK radio hits, including two UK No.1s and five UK Top 20s, as well as more than 500 million streams and 300 million Youtube views. Tickets for the over 18s set cost £15. Next up at the hall will be Basement Jaxx, who play their set on Saturday, December 15. The Grammy-award winning and double BRIT award winning electronic duo have album sales of more than three million, including their debut album Remedy and 2005’s double platinum UK No.1 The Singles. Basement Jaxx, have graced the Hollywood Bowl, rocked 30,000 people at Hyde Park and headlined the stage at Glastonbury.
