1. CHRISTMAS FAIR DYMCHURCH
There’s a Christmas Fair opening at the Dymchurch Amusement Park in the High Street on Saturday, December 1. The fair will be open every weekend until Thursday, December 20 (apart from Christmas Day) with stalls, a Santa’s Grotto, mulled wine and Christmas treats, plus family friendly rides. 2. FESTIVE TRAIL SCOTNEY CASTLE
There’s a Noah’s Ark children’s trail opening at Scotney Castle in Lamberhurst on Saturday, December 1. Running until Thursday, December 20, the festive family trail takes visitors around the garden inspired by the National Trust property’s Victorian Noah’s ark.

3. FAMILY DISCO DARTFORD
There’s fun for all the family at the Orchard Theatre’s Rudolph Rave family disco on Saturday, December 1.With a DJ on the decks playing classic Christmas and party tunes, glow sticks, giant balloons and a laser-light display, the disco runs from 11am to 2pm for families with children up to eight. 4. BOOK LAUNCH GRAVESEND
Children will read extracts of I Can’t Still Play Football, a new book being launched at Gravesend Library on Saturday, December 1 between 2pm and 4pm. It tells the story of Abu who worries he won’t be able to play football after a car accident leaves him with a crushed leg. Proceeds go to the charity Melqosh Mission.
