Moving ahead on student flats

A developer is hoping to take a step forward to building a 12-flat student block off the Sturry Road.

Canterbury City Council granted the Pavilion Property Group outline planning permission for the two-storey building in Albert Mews three years ago. Pavilion is now applying to the authority to do landscaping work before a full planning application later.

The council has agreed in principle that the development can go ahead.
