Sully Gould continued his impressive recent scoring with 84 in Littlebour­ne’s 43-run Division 1 A win at Worth.

He and Tony Beer, with 54, were the main contributo­rs in a total of 240. Gould hit 10 fours and three sixes, while Beer’s half-century included seven boundaries.

Gould’s brother Josh claimed the bowling honours, with 4-37, as the hosts replied with 197-8.

Canterbury 3rds slipped to a heavy 154-run defeat at home to Deal Victoria. Will Oates top scored with 33 as they were dismissed for 108 after the visitors had totalled 262-2.

Skipper James Creed with 63 and Phil Stuart (38) were the main scorers as Sheldwich (160-9) went down by three wickets at home to Sheppey (162-7) in 1A Central.

Jon Taylor and Alex Roe shared six wickets as the Islanders got home with 14 balls to spare.

The Lasletts starred with bat and ball for Ash against Sherwood.

George hit 80 as Ash recorded their fifth Championsh­ip East win of the season, beating Sherwood by 42 runs.

Gary then chipped in with an unbeaten 44 in a total of 223-4, before skipper Tom (2-24) and Edward (2-26) were among the wickettake­rs, headed by Steve Larkins with 3-32.

Fifteen-year-old Joe Goldbacher (59) and skipper Tom Stewart (58) led the way as Street End won by 11 runs at 10-man Sturry in 1B East.

The pair hit a total of 11 fours in their respective knocks, with Carl Akers hitting five more in his 31 as the visitors totalled 179-7.

Seamer Sam Gransden then claimed best ever senior figures of 6-27 in Sturry’s 168-9, including dismissing Kieran Jessup for 73.

Consistent scoring and a top contributi­on of 37 extras helped Herne Bay total 209 on their way to a 59-run victory at home to Margate in 2B East.

Ex-kent man and skipper Alamgir Sheriyar hit 31, with five other batsmen out in the 20s. Bay also profited from 24 wides.

Four bowlers then shared eight wickets in Margate’s 150-9.

Two all-round contributi­ons helped Littlebour­ne 2nds (229-8) beat Walmer (178) by 51 runs in 2A East. Skipper Jamie Mears hit 55 and then took 4-20, well supported by Jake Harrison’s double contributi­on (49 and 3-55).

Robbie Lawson top scored with 61.
