Unstrapped toddler flung from child seat
A toddler who suffered serious head injuries in a horror crash that killed his father was not strapped into his child seat, a inquest heard.
Little David Nolan remains in a London hospital nine months after the accident in which a car towing a caravan flipped on the A2 near Canterbury.
