Toilets for sale

A block of public loos in Canterbury is being sold at auction with a guide price of up to £35,000.

The Longport toilets, which were closed by the city council in 2104, may be suitable for conversion or the site redeveloped, subject to planning consent. The authority continues to provide toilets at 10 places in the city.

They will be up for sale at Clive Emson’s auction at the Kent Showground, Detling, on Monday, October 30.
