Guts, gore and a whole lot of fun for kids

Half-term fun with a sliver of science is on offer in Dr Death and the Medi-evil Medicine Show:

Time travelling Doctor Death (Simon Watt) will lure you into his lair with a funny and highly engaging history of medicine, hygiene, anatomy and disease. With plenty of blood, guts, gore and more, the show reveals how some of the treatments of diseases in the past could be worse than the underlying illness – and tries to ‘cure’ you along the way. Children and other childish people will love this historically, scientifically accurate panto on October 23.
