Discovering Arts has never been so much fun!

Canterbury Festival works year-round, offering young people the opportunity to achieve all levels of Arts Award – a national qualification for young people (aged 5-25).

This year, schoolchildren attending the festival’s familyfriendly shows can extend their afternoon by enjoying free post-show workshops in circus, puppetry, music-making and more.

They will also come away with a Discover Arts Award. To ensure a place, please book your free workshop at the same time as booking tickets.

For the third year, the Canterbury Festival has commissioned Actlab to produce a show designed specifically for children with profound multiple learning difficulties or an autistic spectrum disorder, their friends and families.

Bikordeon will be coming to the festival on October 24.

Visitors can expect a relaxed, sensory environment in the accessible setting of the Festival Spiegeltent.
