Men in car threatened walkers

Police are hunting three men who made threats to a man as he walked with a woman and child in Canterbury.

The suspects drove up to the group as they walked towards shops near Homersham in Wincheap, before threatenin­g the man and driving away.

Shortly afterwards, the victim, aged in his 20s, was again approached and threatened by suspects in the same car.

He went to a nearby shop to raise the alarm.

The incidents happened at around 6pm on Thursday, September 14, but details have only just emerged as police issue descriptio­ns of the suspects.

One was white, 5ft 8in, with brown hair, a baseball cap and a strip of facial hair on his chin.

The second had tanned skin and was wearing a grey and black tracksuit.

The third man had a darker complexion than the second man, with a slimmer face and was wearing black tracksuit bottoms.
