Charity handouts

Charitable organisations in the Canterbury area have received a share of £36,000 from the Kent Community Foundation.

The city-based Kent and Medway Charity Team received £11,482; Canterbury and District Citizens Advice £5,000; Canterbury Vineyard Church £4,800; Canterbury Cantercare £4,128; Canterbury Time Out £3,000; Homestart Canterbury and Coastal £2,500; Canterbury Theatre and Festival Trust £2,448; Canterbury Rugby Club £1,250; Canterbury Sea Cadets £972; and Beltinge Community Toilet Trust £500.
