Canterbury City’s disability A team lost just once in five starts during the latest round of matches in the Kent League. They began with a 2-0 win over Charlton Athletic Black before a 1-1 draw with Charlton Athletic White. A 1-0 defeat to Charlton Athletic 3rds followed but City returned to winning ways with a 1-0 win over Anchorians Equal B. They finished their programme with a goalless draw against Swanscombe Tigers Black. City’s B team created a succession of chances against RMB but were unable to capitalise in a 0-0 draw. It would be a similar story for the rest of tournament as two unstoppable longrange efforts saw them go down 2-0 to MUFC Silver. City’s remaining three matches saw 0-0 draws against Bromley Green and Swanscombe and a 1-0 defeat to MUFC Bronze.
