Hospital diversity provides top care
I was an inpatient at the K&C for three days and discharged yesterday.
While there, among others, I was seen by a male Russian registrar, an African female senior house officer, a female Romanian ward sister and a Spanish healthcare assistant, who is a qualified nurse but not allowed to work here as a nurse for what he described as a “hostile bureaucratic environment”.
They all spoke excellent English, were professional and friendly.
Bloody immigrants coming over here and saving our lives!
