Kentish Gazette Canterbury & District
Lack of focus on city flood risk
It will become apparent shortly that the council is out of any control from those who order tasks to be administered. The flooding in Yorkshire is to be noted. Canterbury suffers from the lack of any of the drains being cleared at any time, therefore shortly we too shall suffer the flooding which is blamed on the lack of attention to the workings of a city.
Building unwanted car parks at a cost of £10 million is not creating a well-run city!
