Cambourn wins final

The Whitstable Thursday Night Darts League resumed with the Grand Prix event, for players who were successful in their teams and also some wildcards.

With 32 qualified, throwing was of a high standard.

In the first semi-final, Dave Cambourn edged past Georgia Radford, who won the Carol Joint Memorial Trophy last term, while Darren Abbott had a tough battle to shake off Keith Saunders. In an excellent final, Cambourn (Two Brewers Q) just got the better of Abbott (Labour Club).
