Bull seal Charity Cup Final place

The Bull came from a goal down against AFC Herne Bay to set up a Faversham Senior Charity Cup Final against holders Littlebourne. Dean Smith gave Herne Bay the lead on the stroke of half-time but second-half strikes from Carl Suter and John Rich won the tie.
In the junior section, Elham Valley are through to the Final, winning 4-3 at Betteshanger Welfare. Elham’s Matt Gilbert and Welfare’s Travis Austin scored early. Daniel Hawkes netted twice in 10 minutes for Elham before Jared Lawrence’s penalty pulled one back. Welfare’s Damien Card levelled five minutes after half-time, before Josh Couzins scored the winner for Elham 15 minutes later. They will play Minster in the Final. Littlebourne will play Kent County League Division 2 side Orpington in the Final of the Kent Junior Cup Group A at The Gallagher Stadium, Maidstone, on May 20 (kick-off 3pm). In the Group C Final, Woodnesborough Reserves face Ashford League side Bocca Juniors on the same day at the same venue, kick-off 11am.
Herne Bay & Whitstable Sunday League
Division 2 champions Canterbury Eagles rounded off their perfect season with a 4-3 win at fifthplaced Bay United, despite Jake George’s double and a Lee Caffell effort.
The result means Eagles have ended the league campaign with a 100 per cent record from their 18 league fixtures.
Zack Thomas’ hat-trick and Dean Steel helped fire Frames into the Fletcher Memorial Cup Final. Their goals earned a 4-2 Semi-final triumph at Heron United.
