An ex­hi­bi­tion about the Spice Girls runs at Manch­ester Cen­tral in Wind­mill Street un­til Septem­ber 5. Spice­up­manch­ester show­cases thou­sands of items of mem­o­ra­bilia, along­side hun­dreds of the group’s stage cos­tumes as part of a cel­e­bra­tion of the biggest girl­group of all time. In ad­di­tion to mer­chan­dise from around the globe – rang­ing from the rare and un­seen to the pe­cu­liar and un­usual – the ex­hi­bi­tion re­veals how the Spice Girls went from band to brand.
