Find out a little more about the sponsors who make our wonderful Food and Drink Awards possible

The annual Lancashire Life Food and Drink Awards reward the shining stars of the region’s dining establishments for their hard work, dedication and exceptional food and drink.

Guests will gather for a night of fun and drama at Ribby Hall on October 14th, when the awards will be presented .

Our judges are currently busy secretly visiting restaurants, hotels and bars in search of those places that put Lancashire on the culinary map. We’ve also had help from you, our loyal readers, with nominations across all categories. Two categories for

Family Dining and Outstanding Customer Service Awards will be decided by you.

‘The Lancashire Life Food and Drink Awards ceremony is always a wonderful event,’ said editor Paul Mackenzie. ‘The awards are a great way to highlight the brilliance and diversity of the region’s hospitality industry.

‘There is real quality all over the region and it’s not only found in the more famous, big name venues. Our judges are considering a wide range of venues, some of them are very well known, but others are smaller concerns which are no less deserving of recognition.

‘Lancashire Life is proud to celebrate all of the people and places that make this such a vibrant and exciting time for the food and drink industry. And we are very grateful to our sponsors who all help to make the night so special.’ For tickets and more information or to enquire about sponsorship opportunities, visit foodawards.lancashirelife. co.uk or email kate.wil[email protected] archant.co.uk.

We can’t promise they’ll be at the Food and Drink Awards, but Heston Blumenthal, Peter Kay, Karen Brady, David Attenborough and JK Rowling would be popular dinner guests among our sponsors
