40th anniversary celebrations
Having been providing nursing and caring support in homes for 40 years, a celebratory dinner with 135 guests was held for Tender Nursing Care. The event took place at Farington Lodge Hotel near Leyland.
The charityfocuses on offering support to the family members who are primary carers for loved ones, allowing them the chance to have a night off. Guests enjoyed a delicious two-course meal before tucking into special birthday cupcakes made by TNC supporter Elizabeth Heeney. After dinner, those in attendance enjoyed musical entertainment from band Trouble At Mill who performed with singer Bob Gilbert.
The evening raised £4,750 which will go towards supporting carers across Preston, South Ribble and Chorley.
