SERIES III

-

88” AND 109”, 1971 TO 1985

IF you're looking for a leafsprung Land Rover for a sensible price, the Series III is your answer. The collectability of SIIIS means they are no longer cheap as chips, but you can still find sensiblypriced examples. Parts are reasonably priced and readily available. The simplicity of the design makes them ideal for the home mechanic. Tidy originals command higher prices. The Stage One V8 is particularly sought-after. Look after your Series III and it will hold its value. Diesels dull.
