Spring foraging advice

This foraging walk will identify a selection of spring shoots and edible plants and flowers, plus edible spring and summer mushrooms. The course starts with a 20-minute introduction on what to look for and a brief of the general countryside codes relating to foragers. After a two to three hour walk around the woods, there’ll be chance to discuss and taste finds.
