Mixed steamed cabbage

Roughly chop all the cabbage. Place in a large saucepan and cover with boiling water. Place a lid on the pan and simmer for 10 mins. In the meantime, zest and juice the orange, lime and lemon into a jug. Add the sugar, parsley and oil. Season and whisk vigorously to combine. Drain the cabbage and add most of the citrus mixture, leaving a little aside. Cover the pan with the lid and stand for 1 min. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve, drizzled with the remaining dressing and garnished with the extra parsley.
