Fiery pudding

Handmade by master bakers in Gloucestershire, the Christmas puddings from Roots and Wings Organic are produced in small batches. Packed with organic raisins, currants and sultanas soaked in Cognac and ale, with grated carrots and apples and zesty spices, each is steamed gently then cooled and wrapped. Available from single serve to family-size puddings, all are packaged in sustainably sourced materials. A percentage of all the firm’s sales is donated to charity.
