A Safe place to rooSt
Playing an important dual role in pollination and pest control, bats are an important but vulnerable part of the British ecosystem. By creating the specific conditions they require to roost, this bat box aims to encourage population growth and spread. If positioned facing south in a sunny spot it should provide a roosting site for bats once they emerge from their winter hibernation. The bat box measures 2ft 7in high by 2ft 1in (70cm x 60cm) at its widest point.
